Once upon a dream...a look into the thought process of Princess for a Day

As a child you are able to pretend and be whoever you want. A Fireman, Police Officer, Astronaut, even....a Princess. All you had to do is have the costume or a old cardboard box and a little imagination and you were in space, fighting crime, or swimming around down under the sea with Flounder.

I can remember being so impatient for the newest Disney Princess to be released in movies. Growing up with Classics like Cinderella, Snow White, and Sleeping Beauty, a whole new era was blooming as I grew up. With new Princesses like, Ariel from Little Mermaid, Rapunzel from Tangled, Mulan, Jasmine from Aladian, Pocahontas, Merida, and Tiana from the Princess and the Frog, they all gave new role models for children to admire. But one in particular was my favorite of all time. Belle, from Beauty and the Beast. She was strong, courageous, smart, and...she saves her prince in the end.  What could be better then that?

So with the new live action rendition of Beauty in the Beast coming to theaters, I had to do something to show my love for my very own childhood. Which is where the "Princess for a Day" event began. This upcoming Session event to be held March 25, 26, and April 1st will be showcasing three of Disney's one of a kind Princesses. Cinderella, Rapunzel, and of course, Belle. I have dug deep into my creativity to make some props as well as purchase props that will suite each princess theme for their session, to make sure that I am giving each child the best outcome to pretending to be her favorite "Princess for a Day". Not to mention, I have acquired some outstanding quality Princess dresses that are soooo realistic of the true dresses from the films. I am really looking forward to these session as I couldn't even wait for the sessions, I had to go shoot promo's for the sessions just so I could get my hands on all this cool stuff and start to play, lol.

These sessions have booked pretty quickly, but I still have some spaces left for Belle, Cinderella, and Rapunzel.

Due to the amazing response of this Event, I am even considering doing another event later in the Summer with three different Princesses. {Have a Princess theme request, comment on this post with who you would like to see us do sessions for.} I am also working on something for the boys as well....hmmm maybe Avengers... ;)
