Take A Look Inside The New Studio

So for those who don't know, my studio is in our home in the basement. This has been an ongoing process to make the studio more and more professional looking and comfortable. Each year I try to do some updating to the studio to make it more professional, comfortable, and organized for all my clients to enjoy. This year, I finally decided on putting a floor down.  Now up until this point we just dealt with the painted concrete floor and then I had rugs down and of course used floor drops and such. But in the winter time (as you can imagine) it made it super cold. So in addition to the new floor I also added a new heater (a good and safe one for little ones to be around), not that my other heaters didn't suffice, but this one I don't have to worry about little hands grabbing so much.

All in all the floor took me about a week start to finish to lay, and it really wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. I even had hubs and Raelee help me out a couple times during the process which made things a little easier as well. But the finished product of all the hard work was well worth the aches and pains in the end. I cannot wait to share this amazing new look with all my upcoming clients and get their feedback on what they think.

Here is a before pic (taken via cell phone).

And After...

I created a nice little corner for all of our in Studio outfits for Newborns and Children. As well as for all of our throw blankets and basket stuffers.

And also moved some things around for our 1st Birthday props and crochet items.

And last but not least, all of my stools and chairs and posing items. {Well not all of them, I still have the other half of the basement full of prop storage :) }
